They have always been cool with me......

until one day they couldnt figure out why my navigation keep going out.....

i figured out that my aftermarket sunroof may be the problem and they were like, lets check!

then i get a harrasing phone call saying its my fault and they are not gonna pay!

then i responded: um ya...about that! you guys installed it for me the day i bought the car! they were like: um....we did? sorry about that sir....

sure enough, they sent my car out to classic soft trim to get the sunroof installed...

so they of course ate the cost...

Bring it in to me.....Devon....I work at Gunn. I will try and make sure only the problem is diagnosed, not the mods! Call me for an appointment...this weekend is booked, but we could do it early next week.....if you like pm me your vin and I can run a service bulletion and see if you have any outstanding tsb, or recalls.
