Mailing List
I have finally had some time to do stuff other than be at work.
One of the things I finally got around to was checking out setting up a mailing list. One is actually included in my web space account.
My question to the Austin folks and/or the rest of the Texas members, do you all think one would be beneficial or useful?
I am a member of the Austin MR2 mailing list. It has been pretty helpful in addition the popular MR2 forum. It works really well for getting last minute get together coordinated. People tend to check their email more frequently than they do the board...except for a few people who know who they are
It also just seems to foster a more personable environment...as personable as email can be at least.
I also considered setting it up as a non Z specific, sports car enthusiast list.
What do you all think? Any other ideas?
Thanks,
Derek
