Default Austin Z's please help

I have a bolt in my tire. I need to know where in Austin is a good place to get new tires. I have volk rims and want to make sure it is a quality place. I don't want some mom and pop place messing up my wheels. Thanks in advance.

SOULSPEED. If you have custom wheels dont take your car anywhere else. Its located on Lamar right next to Sideways auto.

Ditto -- Bill Kim -Owner. Sometimes Mom and Pop are more careful than high school drop out "Brutus" at Discount Tire

THANK YOU SOOOOOOO MUCH. I will make the appointment. I have been freaking out for the past few hours. The mom and pop comment was really more geared towards the kind of things you see in movies. The old guy with the oily overalls kinda thing. Thanks again everyone.

I just moved back here in January from oregon. I have the silver 03 with black LE37 with the polished lip, and the Invidia N1 exhaust. I haven't had a chance to go out and do much. I have met a member by chance in a parking lot. He had a red 05 with a tommy karia kit. I forget his screen name though.

Do you know off hand what tires soul speed sells. I tried to call today and didn't get an answer, but I think they were closed because of the holiday.

First, see if discount tire can plug the hole. If so, then you're set. I had a screw hole plugged there once, and they didn't scratch my rim at all. And they do it for FREE, even though I didn't buy the tire or wheel there. They really surprised me.

Second, Bill Kim did sell Soulspeed, but he sold it to Collin, which is the guy who was working at Soulspeed anyway! So in other words, the same guy who probably did your work before is still doing the work. So I'd still recommend soulspeed if you can't get it plugged at discount tire.

I've had good luck with Discount Tire. They mounted tires on my Advans.

In SA, go to NTB in the Forum. Ask for Alex, their master tire installer. He mounted race tires on two sets of my freshly painted rims, without a scratch. This included a set of 275/40/17 r-compound tires mounted on 17x8 rims.
