Default Anyone in H-town want to help me change my gear & differential fluids?

Alright guys my cars at 15k miles and I noticed that when I shift from 1st to 2nd its a bit knotchy. Sharif sold me 6 bottles of Motul Gear 300 oil to replace the gear fluid and diff fluid, but I have no clue on how to do that, and I don't want to get raped by the stealership. If anyone in H-town can help me, I would definitly appreciate it...and I'll supply the beer

If you get to austin i'll help. But hopefully someone in h-town can step up... it's not that bad of a job. Read the service manual, see which crush washers you'll need and buy them from nissan ahead of time. You'll need two for the m/t and one for the diff, if I remember correctly. Also I'd recommend buying one of those m/t fluid pumps to pump the fluid into your tranny. I'm not sure how you would do it without that tool. I got mine at autozone for about $10.

PM me if interested. I will do it for you, but I do charge. My rates will beat the stealership.

Just make sure your M/T fluid is GL4, but not GL5.

For the diff, GL5 is correct.
