Headlight help
from what i understand you preheat your oven...
prepare a cookie sheet with plenty of oil (olive or PAM (or substitute)
ensure oven is heated to 350 Degrees,
and bake until lightly brown on surface...lol
but seriously i think there is some ovening involved, exact temp. Idunno...
Maybe Acree can chime in... he has done it before.

First ----Strip everything off, all wires, bulbs, ballast, rubber u-tube
Next-----Heat the oven to 250 degrees and set the rack on the lowest level to make room for 1 light, cover the rack with tin foil and cut a piece of cardboard that size. (This will be soaked down to set the light on)
Next---- Locate the 6 ? screws that hold the top to the bottom and take out
Next----Place the soaked cardboard on the foil and the light on the cardboard. heat for 12 minutes or so. (I reduce the heat a little)
Next----Get gloves on and a towel for your lap. take it out and start prying the top from the bottom. The urethane will get "stringy" DONT let it get on the lens. If you have to repeat the heating process, do so.
Take everything apart ---do your do--Use a heat gun to reassemble------re seal

Hard to explain ---it was learned thing from doing a lot ---There are sections that you start at to "bed" it. Then as you work it you start to replace screws. You have to heat and work it and tighten screws and heat more and tighten screws more. Then when its set and totally bedded, you seal it.
