Well, time has come, i pulled the trigger on a new job in dallas....

ill be moving from San Antonio to the Dallas ((Update: Grapevine/euless or surrounding)) area in 2 weeks!

Anyone know of any town homes or apts with garages! i need a garage! i will be visiting and picking a place next week 1-15-08 to 1-19-08.....

Anyone know a good realtor, that does rent homes, preferably townhomes WITH A GARAGE!

See map for my areas i want to live....i wanna be close to work...sorta..

work is located a hwy 360 and park row......

ALSO: anyone know any places hiring for admistrative type positions, social work type, or positions in the financial aspect - for my wife. shes career hunting right now. she has a BA degree and has been working in the stockmarket/retirement funds/etc type work with a company since she graduated.

ahh thats right down the street from where i live haha but there is actually some bad *** apartments that just got built with a garage off of i20 and 360.

do u need a one bedroom or two bedroom apartment and whats ur budget

eh belt line and 30 not so good area...thats on the other side btw of where you are going to be. 30 and 20 run parallel to each other

the apartments i was talking about are called the arioso or osmething my friend just got a one bedroom with a garage pays 800 a month but they come with a washer and dryer also

i have a friend that rents and sells property, if you want i can get you two talking... i don't know anything on his side to give an inside scoup, or i would... you'd just have to talk to him and see what you guys could work out...

grand prarie is next to arlington, arlington has some nicer areas than gp...gp is all ghetto and old...if you dont mind a commute you could move to mansfield which is south of arlington

that area is real nice but it might be far from work especially with that traffic on 360, youll hate it!

360 and park row...ya good luck lol im just saying 5 o clock traffic is horrible, i work in addison and have to take 360 but i cut thru the inside ways otherwise id be stuck in traffic all night hah

yeah definitely need a helicopter or something to get around here efficiently around those times...anywhere from 7:30 am to 9:30 am in the morning headed northbound and 5 pm to about 7:30 pm southbound...
