He probably drove off fine, but he died due to bleeding or some other cause. Surprising they didn't shoot the tires or anything Hollywood style.

from what i retained from other gun forums... most police rounds DO NOT stop the perp.

they induce bleeding and slow you down (unless its a CNS hit ex:spinal cord, brain or cerebellum). yeah sure he may have drove off, but i assure you with the amount of shots fired, at least 3-4 had to hit, even if a few are in non lethal areas, he will more than likely seek medical attention (which makes him really easy to find) or die from blood loss...

either way.... 5-0 wins...
