hell ya, heres my idea for the process so far
wash clay wash polish with menz. sip and an orange p106 with a white, iso wipe down, then 2-3 coats of souveran 24 hours apart, or I wanted to pick up some swissvax mystery wax and do that instead of the souveran, but 500 is a bit of a stretch. Im about to order a bunch of adams products like apc glass cleaner and stuff like that. This will be my first personal car full detail, also half the parts on this car will be new so itll be nice to do. Coilovers sways stuff like that. Im wanting a 2-3 day detail so I can take my time and be very very thorough. Im going to do a full interior shampoo take off the door panels and actually wash them with soap and water. Old owner has armor all on them. Ill also polish all glass with my glass polish from our detailing sponsor. Then its a nice coat of aerospace 303 on all plastics. Going to put 2 coats of poor boys wheel sealant on the new wheels and 2 coats of the zaino tire shine on the new tires. I will procede to do a full engine cleaning/ dressing. Full exhaust polishing tips and full exhaust. Also cleaning air filter and such. This thing is going to look so much better than it does now. it has some nice swirls on the rear bumper. I also need to take off the veilside wing thats on it. And remove all the residue from the 3m tape.

Sorry to Thread-Jack...i figured added to this one would be better than starting a new one for the same subject.

But I am also in the market for a 350z in DFW. I am like the OP in that im looking to spend around $15 and I have found a few 03-04's with higher mileage.

I will be trading/selling a Camry for this...so I am new to the 350z scene. I currently have a G35 Sedan (wife's car)...but Im looking for a fun car.

I like all the colors but the specifics I am looking for are Silver or White, with a Manual Tranny (nav would be a plus). This will be my daily driver as well as a track car.

Is there anything I should look out for?

Thanks in advance for all the help!

I lied 25-27ish. 20 for car 5-7 for mods wheels tires new pads rotors lines fluids Tein Monoflex Tein EDFC 350 evo a arms Cusco camber/ toe arms
hotchkis or 350 evo sway bars adjustable endlinks corner balance by 5th gear the whole z is planned out, but thats the basics of my suspension. Car already has a nice double din headunit injen ses true dual exhaust, being traded for a full nismo, has aps test pipes jwt and an injen intake and factory brembos.

Im building as close as possible to a street driven track car while still being safe and still having a smalla mount of comfort, so you wont see any reclinable cushy bride seats youll see fixed back sparco buckets and 6 point harness's
