Default Thinking about buying another z

Ok so Im thinking about another z, I want like a 2003 track model for 18-10, and am also considering a 2008 s2k cr, and the thought of a car payment sucks. Just getting a z doing the same basic mods I did to the last one and add in a ballin a$$ suspension. What do you guys think? My 2007 sti is leaving me for sure, I cant stand that car anymore. I have a week or so to decide. And if anyone knows about a z for sale let me know. I know kwikers old car is for sale, and that wouldnt be a bad way to go. But it has a sale pending on it.

Now would be a beneficial time for you to purchase an 07. I am sure you have knowledge of how much faster they are than the DE engines. Dealerships have marked down some 07's since the 08's are hitting the showrooms. The 07 & 08 are exactly the same, I would definitely take the marked down 07 and use that extra cash for whatever modification you prefer.

while the 07 motors are ballin, power means almost nothing to me unless I wanted to race on the highway ahhaha. Right. Im wanting to buy a cheaper z so I can put a very nice suspension on it. But the 07 idea isnt to shabby, how much are they going for? I only want a track model.

Did you sell your STI ? or R U going to trade it in.

Why don't you get a Nismo Z ? I thought the suspension on those are way better than stock Z's.

Yeah suspension on a stock z versus nismo is better on the nismo, but its still not "good" yeah my phones been dead all day. Everything thats on my z minus the plenum and headunit is coming off. Im ordering wheels/ coilovers and new brake pads. Then itll be good until I get back on the track and then sway bars and bracing. And a bbk the track brembo brakes are ugly compared to the brembos on my sti/ dales evo.

Dude he is an idiot... I have a strange feeling that he is not going to like it but of course I could be wrong. He says he only wants to do drag so it would be perfect for him.

Does he know that power isn't everything in the 1/4 mile? Driver's skills > any mods for any type of race.

Also, if you let him on your user name again that would result in you getting banned also. And tell him that next time, we're just going to change his temp ban (which he got after begging me to talk to other mods about) back to perm.

very true, part of the reason the sti is not a "great" car to learn to push the car and yourself. The other reason is I miss rwd, and want to track heavily and will eventually end up with a rwd anyway. And I want to dabble into some drifting.
