Back from the UK and I have to say...
WOW.
The Dallas Z guys n gals really, truly, honestly do have the best lookin Z's compared to the UK.
I mean... Yeh I saw a few skylines, they sounded sick. I saw a few Z's and they were mainly stock
There were a few that were (bought) with Brembo kits and upgraded wheels. But... nothing compared to our sick Z's.
I was actually quite surprised at the lack of Z's out there.
I'll be taking some pics at the next Z/G meet and posting up on some UK Z forums to show them how it's done.
Props Dallas, props.

All UK cars have brembos? So the Z's that I saw that didn't have brembos took them off? WHAT IN THE HELL?!

Ahhh, you're talking bout the peeps being no shows, etc. I know I can't make most of it right now, so I don't bother signing up. Thought ya meant the rides! Me bad.

You're one to talk, Jason.
JKIn addition to dyno days and track days, there are just regular meets, cruises, photo days, etc. Also, there aren't many people who have heavily modded Z's around here.

Due to the all the taxes and the price of goods, there is very little impetus to buy such uneccesary cars when you can go for a very small, usually diesel powered 2 door 2+2 that gets incredible gas mileage (like the Volkswagen I was driving when I was last over there).
Couple all of these factors together, most people that can afford the car may not have enough money to buy modifications afterwards. THAT is the reason why you see very few Z's and even fewer that are modded.
We British are very much into our cars and we know how to build and tune them. Rest assured that if prices for everything were much lower, British modded cars would be of the quanity and quality than that of the states.

It's all about the big H baby.
All us H-town boys we sip that purple drank and ride slab while the street lights dance on our candy paint. We get carpal tunnel from counting all our bread. Back then they did not want me, but now I am hot and they are all on me.
