Hey guys,
Well i got news today that i will probably be moving to the Houston area once i leave the sandbox. Should be sometime in July. Ill be working with AIG so I just wanted to see where the Z action is. I have no idea where there is to live. I will need to be located somewhere west or southwest of Houston (Sugarland or Katy)..any suggestions?
Oh well, I look forward to meeting you and maybe i can hit a few of the meets.

I lived in Katy for 8 years. Moved to Spring about 2 years ago. Katy was kinda lame when I lived there. But the nightlife has really picked up in the last year or so. And construction on I-10 is getting better. Not many tricked out Z's there, just stockers. There's some really nice Farm-Market roads not far west of Katy that are great to test your handling on (if you don't mind sharing the road with a couple hundred sport bikes).

^^ lol @ stock Zs near katy...
OP..both good areas you mentioned. Sugarland cops are hateful...that's about the only downside to living there....Good area though. Tuesday meets on the NW side of town every week (290 & Spring Cypress) and now that summer is here, lots of jailbate will be there...lol.
Saturdays there are meets all over houston...and like samah said, you can head out west on I-10 and hit brookshire/racer road....long straights with big S turns...plenty to do here as this is the 4th largest city in the US. Hit me up when you get to town....I'll show you a Z near katy that is no where near stock.. lol.

It's all about the big H baby.
All us H-town boys we sip that purple drank and ride slab while the street lights dance on our candy paint. We get carpal tunnel from counting all our bread. Back then they did not want me, but now I am hot and they are all on me.

I have fam that work AIG. Sugarland traffic to that area in AM is biotch on 59 and just as bad going home. Katy's not as bad anymore w/ wider I-10, but hell of a commute to AIG. I'd suggest Galleria/Westchase area if you're gonna be in apartment. Lots of things to do, restaurants to eat at and central to most things. I live in Westchase area and have a stock Z.
