It is, vendors on here are much more honest/reliable and are here to help us out rather than **** us over.

For around $800 you can get the best bang for the buck on a Z which are the Motordyne MREV plenum and 5/16 spacers. If i recall correctly it comes out to around $750ish not sure if they have changed prices. After that if power is what you are looking for (while NA) then you should get yourself a single exit exhaust (been proven by dyno's you get the most power out of it throughout the rpms) as well as some TPs or HFCs (depends on how loud you want it).

Your right, I've been in this scene for 10yrs now, 8 in the valley and it goes up and down. You might say I'm a true enthusiast cause the guys that use to be in the car clubs have all traded or sold their cars for trucks or suv's. Not me even though I have a family, I've managed to have a daily driver plus my wifes car. But the valley was never big into the import scene(that is why it goes up and down). But its still refreshing to see a hook up car done right, here and there.

 

Is it 70 to race, cause I would like to check it out first and watch, so I can prepare my car. If there is no fee to get in and look, then yeah ill go. ill be on vacation that week. Hey fabine, this your chance to track your car. I would still have to change my brake pads and buy struts and shocks plus sway bars and trailing arms. I just got a Z and its definately a true drivers car. I've been practicing my drifting lately alot, especially in the snow fall.. you can really take the sideways to the limits.. anyways i'll have to come back and re-post some pics.. chrome silver with front grille work and a nice sub in place of the factory one

I was going though some personal problems, then I sold my wheels and have been stressing out at work, but now everthing is fine and once I get my new wheels and lugnuts, ill start heading out again, but I have not forgotten about you guys or I wasn't trying to act stuck up. You know I was thinking that It be cool to have a big meet like once a month. Maybe, second Sunday of every month or something in that nature. We can all meet and maybe go eat somewhere and take a cruise or just hangout like last time & talk cars and take some more pics! Kez wants to have his "YELLOW" Z in the group pics. If we were closer, we'd meet up with you guys more often.

KeZ mentioned the Porche club track event held in Bayview. Its on the the 6th of December. If i'm not mistaken I do not think you can just go watch. I'm not sure though. From what I remember, If you do not pay, then you have to stay outside of the track event venue. Pretty much you can't see anything from where you'll be. I'll ask the gym rat porche owner tomorrow if I see him. I'll keep you guys posted. He really wants Kez and me to join but will see. I kinda wanted to just check it out to.
