Default Alliance Air Show 10/11/08

I know it wasn't my best... I think last year's shots were better than this years. I suffered some minor heat stroke before the Thunderbirds came on... After that I gave up.

I wasn't up in the sky... I was on the ground.

Beautiful shots.

Is the second shot the cockpit of a Corsair?

I also like shots 13 and 15 because it's the past and present but also shows how small the fighters were back then copared to the giants they are now.

Thanks : )

I honestly don't know.

Yeh... I love those shots. Apparently, that's the first time they've flown together in over 50 years. Pretty cool to see.

So this shot was from the ground ? Photoshop'd.

Don't get me wrong Hal, they are very nice. Good panning and very sharp too. I would have loved to get out there for it.

Oh hell no...didn't get ya wrong sir!

I took it as a compliment... show's how good of a perception I have as a photog. I wish I could have gone up and shot them ... omg that would've been AWESOMEEEEEEE.

The only photoshopping I did was added some contrast and some vignetting.

The only reason they look like they were shot up in the sky beside them, was because I was using a good zoom with VR and I worked on my angles. Shooting planes that are going away from you, doesn't quite give the greatest perception as apposed to shooting planes that are coming towards you.

Dude! Lol.

It's not hard to comprehend: She was on the ground, the planes were flying low but high enough for the ground not to be seen in the pic.

It's not rocket science.

Great shots. I was out there as well.

I worked F15's for 6 years and would love to get those pics in color.

WalkerT... I can re-edit it in colour. It looks a lot better in black & white.
If you chose to order off of the site, let me know which ones you like, and if you want color I'll re edit them for you.

Mark: ALLIANCE AIR SHOW = Thunderbirds... f15's... and f16's.. > HIN (cars and ****** in the dark...)

HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

That's not a hard decision!

The next thing Fithamoto is gonna ask is if the plane in pic 1 has its engine on fire.

Really nice shots, when you buy photographs on your website, do they come framed?
