Hey all I'm looking for a new place to live. I currently live in Austin ranch and I'm really just not happy here. I require 750+ sqft wood floors/ something besides carpet throughout (carpet is ok in the bedroom, but not preferred) I would like an attached garage and pets must be ok. I like a true loft style. I'm looking to live in Dallas addison or surrounding areas. No farther north than I am now. Looking to stay under 1600 or so just rent.

Ideal place
850 square feet
wood floors through out
granite counter tops
attached single car garage
Large balcony with an urban view
true loft

I'm willing to pay more for a nicer area/ place/ neighbors.

So far I've looked at southside lamar and that works for me, but I would prefer nicer appliances and a nicer area.

Mackie, a couple weekends ago I met up with a guy who is a local detailer to watch him work. Maybe you know him, Scottwax? Anyways, he was doing work in an area just northwest of 75 and Woodall Rogers. That whole area by Griggs Park to Mckinney Ave was full of apartments. I ended up driving through most of it to get out and never knew places like that existed in Dallas. I really loved the small street feel to it.

Anyways, just thought it's something you might check out.

I don't know of anyone else in the area, but you never ended up teaching me.

What problems are you having at Austin Ranch? I used to be the security superviser over that property for my company. (yes I know our cars out there are gay lol) I was actually thinking about moving out there when my lease was up. I'll check around at some of our nicer complexes that my company does security at and see if I can find any that meet your criteria. The all hardwood floors thing is kinda hard to find I would think I guess just cuz I can't really think of any off the top of my head right now that I know for a fact have that.

Lots, I have a three story town home here that has had the ac go out 4 times, maintenance is useless and left me with an extra refrigerator for two weeks in the living room, the same one that they dropped down the stairs. In general the place is just build like junk has bug problems because nothing is sealed at all and maintenance will not fix anything. I ended up fixing the holes they put in my wall because I for tired of waiting on them.

I don't know how low you are but try Pronto Mufflers off of 75 in Plano. They've done a couple of things for me and a few buddies in the past.

I was just there and the guy said its too low. Im only lowered an inch so it cant be that. I think he's more worried about the y-pipe hanging so low itll get stuck on the lift.

I need to get this fixed.

Try calling Rich's Performance Muffler. They built my exhaust but they are in Wylie off of 78. I guess technically that's kinda close to Plano as you can get there from one of the side streets. I just can't remember which street.

Assuming I have everything working right and broken in, yes. Not sure what the fuel issue is. Going to try a few things in the morning to work it out.
