You saw my car on the 17 inch rims and I have raised the spring mounts about 3/8 inch so the car is a little higher than it could be with the stock spring mount location.( The front koni shock has two positions for the spring mount and I made a shim for the rear springs to raise the rear up 3/8 inch.

The pro kits are just a little less spring rate (380F /420R) and not as much drop so they would be a nice option if you dont want to go real low or you want to run big tires with less clearance issues.
i dont have a big offset +20 rears and +30 fronts..... so i would fine there, now i just have to decide on how much i want to drop. righ now i am at 2/3 inch drop in front and little over 1/2 inch in the rear

Nope. It's like the energizer bunny.

And as far as looking for brembos at a junk yard you'll probably be fine. You can rebuild front and rear for under $100 so that should be on the list since you don't know about their condition. Then you'll want to look for visible signs of damage. If the car was wrecked at that wheel then I would be wary of anything around it.

So they have vlsd diffs for 200-250..doesn't seem like a bad price at all. I spy an 3.5 vlsd for 250 with my name on it...they negotiate on pricing?

Travis why would you want 03 calipers? If you mean Brembo calipers then don't worry. They are the same for all years of the 350Z. You just have to make sure you keep the bolts that thread into the rear Brembo calipers. They are different from the standard caliper.

Does anybody personally know a Nissan tech that I could talk to? Any dealership in the DFW area will do.

Also Jake let me know if you want to go to that junk yard soon!
