Chris I think used Whiteline. Either one is good, Energy does not require need to be pressed back in. Whiteline has a external sleeve that needs pressed in(I Think, Jake can say for sure.)
I'm happy with mine with about 2000 miles on them so far.
Also Import PartPro has bushings if your going none stock.

Like steidz says those are the front lower inner control arms. They always blow if the car has about 50k. I have white line. Really easy to replace aslong as u have a press. I have customer that just ordered some white lines I'll be pressing in. Spls are nice but make a lot of noise

Lol I've wrapped my trunk, pillars, and door handles and they all turned out well. When you heat it up it gets really flexible. Just keeping it smooth is the hard part and takes xtra hands and patience. And nah I wouldn't lol, you should keep that exhaust I think the value of it goes up the more rare it gets
I can put a 305 on the 11" wheel and have the lips done green.
R1 where is your shop at sir?

Mike - check your other bushings as well. The compression arm bushing is notorious for going bad and alot of us have changed it to the SPL solid bushing. I also did the Whiteline lower shock mount bushing. I changed all of these at the same time to get it done all at once...
I also like ordering from IPP in Houston. The stuff is usually in stock, they are good to deal with, and the stuff gets to my house quickly.

Legit or just a high reading dyno?..i was impressed
Here is my latest tune at Hill's Garage on my 04 5AT
Mods
DMK intake
3in Samco intake tube
Stillen intake (may go back to rev-up box was recommended by Hills)
JWT S1 cams w/ DLC cam buckets
PPE 1 3/4 Longtube Headers
Custom 2.5 exhaust w/IPL muffler
Transgo
3.7 FD
Z1 Aluminum Driveshaft
Edge Racing Modified stock torque converter
Best time from friday night after adding my driveshaft compared to before.
I know this time is a little slower than my best, but I ran my best with 250hp in -1000 DA 40* outside big difference. I ran the times below above sea level around 60-65* outside.
The only thing taken out was the spare and sub.
Compared to my best in 40 degree winter weather 2 yrs ago this run and the above runs were on street tires
I'm done now N/A I'm happy to be close to 300hp in a 5AT. I may go Vortech in the fall I miss boost.
