Ok so I was trying to quote what you posted apparently before ninja edit.

Change your exhaust to get mid range power back and adjust suspension to get help with exit speed. Next spring should be fun for us figuring out how to properly set things up.

Edit: I see your double ninja edit there. Chris is right. It sucks to hear everyone say "Ya I wanna be there for that one" and then flake out. Everyone has different situations, but at least try to walk the talk. I now see how Chris felt when we all said "Ya I'll come out and drag race with you" and then nobody ever showed up.

You know, it's ok for you guys to say "no, I'm not interested" if you don't want to go. False promises will only have us keep asking you guys.
i wish it was just 35....last week was 200, and today i 120... its not really insurance, more like a discount program. i havent worked OT in 3 weeks now.... but i am going to start again so have some on the the check friday before i leave to cali for vaca..another reason i am being a penny pincher because that is three and half weeks away

I had 5 years of people doing that to me, so I'm used to it.

BTW, my tires are completely shot so it's very possible that I may be done for the season

Harbor Freight has that same $60 deal on that same jack like 3-4 times a year so don't worry about it if you don't get it this time around.

So racing on a gravel-ridden surface on treadless street tires was not fun, but it certianly made for a good test and tune day where you can just mess around with various settings and whatnot.

I was able to drive Eric's Z for 2 laps in the afternoon and disappointingly realized how significantly underpowered my car felt and **** poor its corner exit was. I won't go into details because most probably don't care. I think I know how to address the issues; the problem is the lack of funds.

A few people commented on the lack of power before and you can see that my diff doesn't do **** in my videos, but I never realized how bad it was until I did a back-to-back comparison. I'm starting to think I can shave at least a second with just a working diff without even addressing the power issue.

Anyway, here's my only decent run from this past Saturday:

That was a long course !

What is clanking inside your car against the windshield ??? Annoying as all F_K !

Chris your tires should be ok for the Crandall parking lot...it sounds like it is really good surface...like Pennington. Btw, Bald RS-3's are for way better grip !

Oh yeah....anybody see these on CL ?

I love long courses like that -- makes the 2 hr drive to MW well worth it.

And I agree with you on bald R-S3s being better for grip, but only on smooth surface. With so much gravel, I was just sliding everywhere. I haven't been hitting cones recently but I massacred an extended familyful of them this past weekend, lol.

I don't feel like dishing out 6-7 bills for a pair of 265/35 R-S3s again. Not sure if I want a 3rd set of the same tires 3 years in a row, either. I'm currently entertaining the idea of different tires, including slicks. All probably wishful thinking since any working diff should be at the top of my list.

For now, I think I'm going to get some cheap used all seasons to replace my worn out R-S3s. I should have things figured out by the start of next season.

Yes I put it on Sat...and it is fine....I think I have like 50 more HP...so your toast ! Lol

But really...my lower plenum looked so very close to the one I took off.

You need to check it out. Chris P says there is some differences, but I'm not too sure.

I installed it anyways...so no harm no foul.

When you gonna be able to drive next ? I want you to come out to the last NTAXS race for the year. Crandall will be fun....but there is some PCA events also I just got emails for. They have some TT's and an AutoX on Dec.
