A few of us were talking about going to Nismo Fiesta this year. I just read about it in the meets section and on it's website and I definitely want to go. Everything is cheap except the full track day at Harris Hill Raceway ($150), but if you do the $6 cruise through the hill country you get to come back and do parade laps on the raceway.
I'm definitely planning on going and will talk to Jason Z-YA about meeting us there. Who else is in?

Yeah, it was great to meet up with you guys again, old and new. We should have another meet in February. I'll bring the forum banner so we can make it official.

There are events that show "sold out" on the website, but actually aren't. They are listing things like the autocross and others as sold out because they are "pay on-site" only. The track day and hill country cruise are definitely pay-in-advance.
Happy Monday everybody. This weather sure is something else..almost got blown away out there walking around.

Speaking of tools...my torque wrench from Sears...a Craftsman tool....isn't working properly. The collar that you turn from left to right to either lock or unlock the direction of the grip to spin it up or down is not working.
I took it back to Sears and they said that it only has a 1 year warranty!
I thought all the Craftsman tools were guarantied for life....unfortunately they aren't....these Torque wrenches have a 1 yr warranty only! Sucks!
So know I have to buy a new one.

Craftsman has turned to crap recently and their warranty is not as good either. Both of my socket wrenches have issues with that little lever as well. Sometimes if you go too fast while tightening it can switch directions on you.
I got a Craftsman tool set for Christmas a few years ago, but everything I get now is from Harbor Freight.

Traffic violations could cost me my job so I don't lead going 15+ over the limit without a radar detector.
