[DFW]: DFW's Lounge
Just moved to the area (well about an hour and a half north) figured I'd introduce myself. Hopefully I can make it to a few meets/shows and really want to make as many HPDE/track days as possible. I'm active duty airforce and moved from South Georgia to here. Have had my Z for over 6 years in which it has gone from completely stock to how it sits now. My build can be found in the forced induction section. Look fwd to meeting you all! Some pics

welcome sir, nice looking car. where abouts are you gainesville or sherman area? we are trying to put together a meet the end of this month and it is still in the air right now. check the dfw group meet section from time to time
Thanks! I'm actually In the Texoma area. Where do you guys usually meet? And will do.
I didn't know you were colombo. Welcome to the DFW Lounge.
On a side note. If anyone is interested in getting their wheels redone let me know. I would be happy to get it done at a discounted price. I have a "credit" of 4 wheels to be redone since a large Discount Tire place
chewed up 4 of my wheels. New guy, but pretty bad. Long story short they will redo any 4 wheels I bring them. I had my other ones redone already at my expense since it was time essential, and am willing to offer to get this done for far less than going to them or through the companies that redo wheels directly. I believe the turn around is 48-72 hours or so.
How much Lucky? Been wanting to get my 4 oem curb'd up wheels refinished.
Colombo welcome to Texas. Awesome looking car. We have meets here all he time and all the guys in the area are great, and willing to help out each other.

I might be interested in the wheel repair offer, if Q doesn't go through.
Welcome Colombo ! I hope I get a chance to meet you soon at a meet.
It will be little bit of a drive for you...but it will be fun.
ChrisP....what wheels do you need to get fixed up ?

1 of my 5Zigens -- that I already fixed right before the charity event -- got slightly bent at the charity event.
I'm going to leave it as-is since nothing's affected. Not spending money again to get this damn wheel fixed.

Sounds like they tend to hold their value really well. While you paid more I know you'll be happy in the long run..cause you wanted low mileage. Time for a new build thread in the other cars section. I can't even imagine how that torque feels...was it everything you wanted as far as options?
