I'm coming back on Wednesday night or Thursday morning, then I got some forum stuff to take care of that day. Friday or Saturday is when it'd be good for me. Does that work for you?

i have a problem. well, the gas station i usually go to usually have their premium pumps on the right side and i went there except i went to a different pump directly across it. i ended up filling half my car up with regular until i realized that i had picked up the wrong pump!! what should i do?? i know i shouldnt mix it with premium so should i just ride it off until my next fillup?

 

i think you should do a burn out in the gas station parking lot and get rid of all that regular.....

 

Why can't you mix with premium? Wouldn't that just make some hybrid octane of 89-91? I think I have done that before, is this bad...

 

Hummmn, Friday morning till mid day is LSD install day at my house....got two cars to play with - cant wait, possibly friday afternoon if not saturday after about 12 noon time? give me a call about it..

Regular gas won't harm anything as long as you're not flooring it to burn it off. Your ECU will adjust itself accordingly based on variables (i.e., detonation).

Mix 93 or higher into your tank to bring up your octane level, if you're so worried. Mixing premium with regular is better than running on regular. Lastly, mixing gas doesn't do anything to harm it. If that were the case, then every time you get gas, you're mixing different gas and that'd be bad.

 

There's a really good chance I can at least come out there, that's the last day of spring break, so I should be free. Maybe I will even have some wheels by then to drift on, or I can at least come watch.

j, i may consider going with you. i need to check to see if i have anything going on. i used to go up there to spectate couple years ago when it was first hitting off. i wonder how much has changed. ill let you know though

something weird is going on. i havent driven the Z in more than a week... havent really felt the need to, having too much fun driving the civic... wtf!???!?!? halp!!! sold the broken mr2 today, sad to see her go but the new owner is going to fix her up really nicely so im happy.

its like 100X easier to drive than the Z with the stage 4 clutch. i get a lot of "wtf is that?" stares too. every honda owner wants to race me. lol makes things interesting. :icon17

You give me the Z and you keep driving your civic.
