P90X and plans can work, but the problem for most people is consistency and motivation. You still needing help?

yeah, i got it replaced and then had to go back because they forgot to correctly replace the compression rods. Car was creaking like i dont know what. It's all bueno now.

Im on wk 4 on P90 and Im certainly seeing a difference. Learning how to eat healthy is the hard part...but once you get the hang of that you start seeing results. I was just wondering what you thought since you are in fact a trainer and nutrition and diets and hard work is exactly what you do. Ive got enough motivation and Im working out 6 days a wk now...it SUCK'd at first but now Im starting to get used to it and uppin my weights every 2 wks..

I know you had mentioned something about it a while back about working out. Good to see you took some action and are seeing results.

Morning, I hate that the Lakers lost last night.....but I figured they would going back to Orlando.
I just hope they can get to 3 games first to put a " do or die " situation in for Orlando. 2 more games out there and then 2 in LA.
Go Lakers ! ( thats where I grew up...so naturally I have to want them to win ). If Cleveland were in it I would for them & Lebron.
