Does anyone know a way to install a toggle that would allow one head light to be turned off while driving at nite. Would be a nice way of giving a blink to other Z drivers when they are in oncoming traffic. Just a thought
simply splice into the headlight harness on whichever side you'd like, figure out a way to run a break in that circuit, wire a switch to it, tadaa. basically, the switch being toggled on will leave it a complete circuit on taht side, turn the switch off, break the circuit, headlight turns off.

but in all seriousness, doing something that simple shouldn't be hard, figure out what'd be necesarry, compile the parts, and I'm sure someone here would be happy to help you with it, I wouldn't have a problem.

in the process
Lol I just love reading how all of these things unfold.
Zrzly is correct, everyone on here is pretty mechanically inclined so you would with out a doubt be able to find someone to help you. Pay for their lunch or offer a beer and you will get on everyone's good side lol. Let me know if you need any more help though, I am happy to help.

Well you can't have everyone get together and share their ideas without some conflict. I understand where your coming from though. Stick to the Texas section of the forums and you should be able to stay away from all of that, we are pretty mild mannered here.
JLS that picture looks like it's from the 1980s for some odd reason. And I wouldn't do that just so you can "blink" at other Z drivers, cause in all seriousness, they can careless if you wave, wink, flash, or high beam them. I have tried waving once or twice and I don't do it anymore because they aren't car enthusiast.
^^^ not necessarily so...After picking up my girls daughter from BB practice last night I had to get gas. Some OLD ( and I mean OLD - gray hair, barely moving, the works) guy rolls up in a 06 VERT Z giving me a thumbs up as I did his ride. I only wave if they look - if they dont - I dont do nothin...
JLS2GOZ - wish I could help.. I like working for beer...its my favorite..
MORNING DFW!

Jake works great when the beer to work ratio is even :P
Anyways, welcome to the forums
Like they said, stick to the Texas section and you will be fine... but if you do go to the off to the other sections, beware they are not as nice lol
