I built solar screens for three years..it takes time to get good at making them. In theory they are very easy to build but making them look good is tricky. Its hard to explain...im not sure if there are any instructional videos on youtube or anything but I could help you out. You will need to make a temporary table from plywood that is as wide as your widest window which is usually 48". If you have any circle or half moon windows you will need a framebending machine.
yeah i was gonna go purchase a 4x8 sheet of plywood to make a table using saw horses or my picnic table i have.
I do have two half circles but only one i need done for sure sometime soon, so i figured i may have to get that one made sometime..
any suggestion on where to get the parts/supplies?

We used to get our supplies from a warehouse near Grauwyler...but it may be wholesale only. I don't know what kind of supplies Lowes or HomeDepot has. The Frame comes in 12 or 14 ft so you will need a big trailer. I'll see if I can dig up the name of that supplier if they are still around. You will need to buy the wood, wood screws, spline, screen, frame, frame corners, and the tabs that secure them to the house. It could get expensive. I know the ins and outs of it though. I can be available for a few hours Sat or Sun afternoon this weekend or next weekend. Next weekend may be better.
maybe i can use this weekend to get everything together then we can plan for the next or something?
I have an 18foot trailer, so picking up 14ft frames and such isnt a problem...
