Can they do metallics though? That seems to be the hangup for me as most places don't seem to have metallics.
Stu,
Mettalics shouldn't be a problem for a powdercoating shop. You can get pretty much any color & mixtures in pwodercoating.
If that place where Jake took his stuff to will do 4 rims for that price then that is pretty good.
The place I took mine to is in Carrollton and charged about $ 100 per rim give or take 15 - 20 bucks....but they do a great job.
I can get their info if your interested....they also have a tire mounter there.

I bet mine will be more since it's for 20's but still good prices. Once I have the wheels being shipped I'll start calling places for quotes and check on metallic colors. Thanks for the help guys!
Well I will be rolling like this for a bit - went to NTB and attempted to get my tires on and well.....lets just say 2 tires were ruined and one rim was all fugged up. The rim is getting redone and now I have to look for 2 new tires.... DONT ask what happened
.... Just know shiet happens sometimes..
I was tired of the shietty offsets in the rear on my MB weapons so I sed fug it and put on my rears. I will be getting new tires soon...I will be buying a pair (new) soon -

hey guys, here is what really happened. jake was trying to join the stance nation after he got rejected by the stance works community. his goal was to be hellaflush. the guys mounting the tires told jake that they couldnt mount a 215/30 tire on a 9.5" inch wheel but you know jake gets after a few dos equis.
because he was so adamant about needing to be hellaflush right then and there they tire guys finally gave in and gave it a go. needless to say the tires stretched and popped like a rubber band on the mounting machine. the shrapnels of rubber went flying everywhere, injuring a few of the employees. the truth is out now and yes its ugly but needed to be told. jake might be going into rehab soon, HA, Hellaflush Anonymous seeking help to cure he desire to be hellaflush.
Im rolling 255s fronts and 275s rears...Im hardly going to be stretched...haha

Jason, that's some funny stuff man!
Stu, I got my bike wheels powdercoated at Burleson Powdercoating (yes, in Burleson, TX). If you can't find one in the north Dallas area you should use them. I got "Pearl Gold" and I know you can get almost any color imaginable through them. They do great work. Anyway, yes you can get metallics powdercoated.

Looks like Jotech is going to become an Uprev tuner
Saves me a trip to Austin lol

Kenny? Yeah Kenny is a pretty good tuner. Granted Jotech isn't cheap but they have a really nice set up and a brand new inground AWD dyno.
Plus Jotech would be the only Uprev tuner in Dallas so it beats driving to Austin.
