The only way to not pay any fines is to fight the ticket yourself, get a trial date & WIN !
Otherwise you can get a traffic attorney and pay them like $75 and hope they get the ticket dismissed. Most times they do...but if they can't then they will get you deferred ajudication and then you still have a fine or court costs to pay.

I always go for the attorney...9.0 times out of 10 they will get it dismissed.

Yeah, that intersection just looks dead, not to mention lack of other businesses to bring in passerbys.

Set one up in Chicago.

I've not tried any of the sushi around here but they don't look like anything special. Pizza on the other hand...

Don't even get me started on pizza! lol Dallas is seriously lacking decent pizza places. I'm still looking for a good New York style pizza place in north Dallas, but I have been unsuccessful in my quest.

Then again Texas has the best BBQ anywhere in the world

There's actually a brick oven pizza place in Arlington if you're looking at one to eat at.

.
How much does an attorney cost? DD with court fee/cost is 90$ and 40$ for DD, you do not have to pay the ticket price itself. 130$ is better than 200$+ dollars unless the attorney is really cheap.

Every District has it's own Court cost structure & fee's...so it will vary from city to city.....but where they get you is the filing fee's.....they can charge what ever they want !

Traffic Attorney's only charge $ 75.00 per ticket.....and it only cost you a little more time for the outcome....and if they get it dismissed...then it was well worth it ! If it doesn't get dismissed then you usually have to do the Deferred ajudication, what you'd be doing anyways.

Everything just finalized with my insurance. I have about a week left with the rental car so it's about how much time I have to look.

There's a couple cars I'm looking at tomorrow. They're all TL's right now I'm quite set on the 07-08 Acura TL Black/White Exterior with black interior/navi. Maybe even a Type-S model.

Insurance did a great job taking care of me fast and quick. My friend got into an accident recently and there insurance progressive sucks ***, took them like 2 weeks to wait for police report before they even started to do anything at all.
