^ ROFL. Chris, you're nowhere near old or grumpy (aren't you the exact opposite of grumpy?). I wish I was still around Dallas to chill with you guys. I'm getting tired of the cold weather and not knowing a single damn car person to hang out with around here.

I wish.. I'm stuck here whether I like it or not until this August when my lease ends. Then, if I choose to, I can stay for another 4 years to finish school.

Well you know where home is.... well be here when ya get here
Hey Chris, do you recall what fix people are doing to touch up the inside door handle/ arm rest scratches ? I've looked through a bunch of threads and can't find them
Pat I looked in every thread I thought had a remote possibility of a fix remedy. I just remember seeing it not long after I got my car (no scratches) and now that I need it, I cant seem to find it. Ive tried every search I can think of. After putting in the 3m carbon fiber pieces.... the alcohol prep seems to have hasten the scratching issue. I have scratches everywhere now.
Ouch, shouldn't have put alcohol on plastic/acrylic/etc, as alcohol will eat through the finish and even some of the material. I can't really help you with your specific issue, as I have no experience in that area. I do hope you get it fixed soon, though. Your interior is starting to look real nice with the CF. Can't let them scratches hold you back.

Yeah, thanks. I did do big clean up after the alcohol prep, its just the cheap inside handle/arm rest that has the cheap coating. Ive had a few scratches and I have heard several Z people complain about how penny pinching it was to use that material for the amount of use it gets. Ill figure something out. There are several ways to skin a cat.... Ill find one. Thanks.
