There were about 2 short sale homes that we were interested in, but didn't necessarily fall in love with. On top of that we really didn't want to deal with the hassle of a drawn out short sale. The process is really opposite of the name.

both of my parents got laid off from their jobs last summer (same day within two hours of each other) and they had to short sale the house that I grew up in and we had been in for 18 years. Took like 5 months to finish. I really like what the guy did with the house though. It just hurts the pride a bit when we sold for like 120k and he's selling for like $230k lol. But he deserves it cuz it took him almost a year and he put at least $35k-$40k in to the house before selling. Luckily my parents broke even on the house though.
Picked up the car from the shop today. Looks brand spanking new...
They also painted my whole front bumper for me (no more rock chips)!
Pics ???
Maybe you need to show up at a meet or AutoX.

I hate to hear stories like that. I would like to flip a few houses myself ! I think it could be fun.
He does GREAT work for the most amazing prices. I had him tint my wife's Altima last year and it was the most thorough tint job ever. I recently called him about redoing my door windows (not previously tinted by him) cause I had to strip them to pass inspection. He quoted me a dirty cheap price. I'll be seeing him for that soon.
tquill - funny thing is when I called him he was like "doesn't your wife drive a G37 that I just tinted?" Guess that was you guys.
Yeah I'm assuming he was talking about us. It wasn't all that long ago so I'm guessing he remembers. Anyway, I've been meaning to get his name out there because he does such great work. Nice guy too.

What's going on with the driver's side brakes ?
And check Ace hardware stores or Elliots for the bolts you need.....they usually carry a good amount of stock.
