not totaled i know that atm it just got looked at thursday prelim puts it at around 9k

 

thats sucks man, i wish you the best, 9k for a prelim, the total prob wont reach 12k, its def not a total, i can feel your pain i bought my wifes SER brand new in 08 and 6 months later she was rear ended by some kid that couldnt drive in the rain, her total dmg was 12k and they didnt total it, i wish they would have cause my wife wanted to get rid of it as her friends told her it will never be the same, even though the repairs were done correctly and the car was really back to pre-loss condition. oh and dont forget to file a diminish of value claim on your car, you should get around 10% of the cars acv back

 

Sucks man...glad you're ok though cars can be replaced
