so it happened on monday my birthday of all days i was hit on my drivers side door and my left rear fender, lady ran a stop sign and caused both my curtain and side air bag to deploy. car protected me very well though I'm really glad about that. here are the pics

How many miles? Are you going to ask for a new car or something like that?

 

i had like 2500 miles on it... i want a new car, but it depeneds on how much damage there is to see if they will total it out.

 

Just seems you could make the case for a new car because of low miles and because it won't be the same after repairs. Unless it's just cosmetic damage.

 

f'ed up to get hit in the 370 so quickly. thats a bummer man. I hope you get a new car, if not, I hope the repairs make it feel as good as new. airbags deploying are a bad sign but the damage itself doesnt look like it would warrant a new car.

 

my rear suspension is gone and it hit right where the stability bar is in the trunk that connects the car from one side to the other

 

Ive totalled a car on my birthday, wasnt a 370z though. Well I dont know if I can say yours is totalled but man does that suck.....

 

Not a total. That's a fact. You'll get your car back. It's a high hit,
so you shouldn't have any issue with frame IMO.

I have learned to never ever ever ever mess with mini van/suv hybrid van owners.........i stay far far away always.....worst drivers ever IMHO.....(especially woman/lady drivers)

the car wont be totalled you have to do 70% value of damage to the car for it to be totalled

ya, if the value of repair outweights the pay out they will repair, sometimes with new cars most repair shops (those equipped with laser frame alignment machines) will not have the cars data and will charge to get it..........
