Cobb Accessport
I just got back from the Cobb Tuning shop in Plano. They have a good deal going on right now for Nissan/Infinity owners. If you buy an accessport before the end of July you get a free custom tune/map. That means you get 4 hours of dyno time and a custom map for free.
I bought my accessport while I was there and I've scheduled my appointment for August 1st.
If you're looking to tune your car, this might be a good time to do it if you got the funds.

Poopy. I wish I lived in Texas. I can't find anyone to do a tune on the AP. A local shop here does the Cobb, but only for Subarus. I was the first Nissan to call and they don't want to spend the money on the tuning software.
I started playing around with the Accessport and I can do a dyno run with it. I exported the data to excel and printed the graph.
It claimed I had 271hp and 245 lb/ft torque. Probably pretty close with the mods I have.

I paid full price for the accessport of $695. The savings is on the custom tune. That would have cost $400 for the 4 hours of dyno time. Since I have an HR, Neil showed me a dyno graph for a G37 (the closest thing to an HR that they've made a custom map) after a custom tune, and it got an extra 30 hp with intake, HFC, and exhaust. Neil said he figured I should get pretty similar results. I'll let y'all know whether I wasted my money after I get my custom tune.

AcidJake, I knew what ya meant. It is a real concern of mine whether it was worth the money. I haven't found anyone else try to tune a HR with the Injen intake and HKS exhaust using a Cobb AP. I'll know on Aug 1.
I've been playing with the data logging feature. It just shows me that I need to learn more about those data channels.

Yep, got the custom map. Nope, didn't get the same gains the G37 got. The mustang dyno they have put my max hp at 276 and torque at 243. I've come to the conclusion that the gains from mod-ing the HR engine are too small to warrant any further investments except if you get a couple of big a$$ turbos.
I still have a ton of fun on the track with a fairly stock HR.

Shame... Seems to be the same response given by both AP and Osiris custom tunes. Guess the HR is pretty tapped out (as far as a tune goes) from the factory.
I don't know how Tadashi from Technosquare was able to get 15 HP from an HR with his tune?!?!
