Default Being Laid off FTL!!!

Well today was an exciting day. I end my shift and get a call from my GM asking me to stay late for a meeting. I am in management so think it is something work related. To my suprise it is a meeting about me and my termination. Reason being was I was not performing up to their expectations. I have had a talk once before about my job duties but never anything in writing or anything signed saying I was talked to. When I would ask for proof or something to show that I was doing what I was accused of doing he could never provide anything but word of mouth. I am in management so I know that you have to have paperwork on someone if you gradually fire them. Was it a personal thing? Maybe but the decision is made and I am crap out of luck.

If anyone knows of anything local let me know. Gattiman hollar at me

^it most likely is considering it is a big company. I wont mention the company but you know how it works when somone doesn't like you, the ball starts rolling until eventually they find a reason to let you go

Hang in there.....I always think that things happen for a reason...weather they are good or bad....they happen all for the best.

So keep your head up and you attitude positive and good things will open up to you.
