I agree with Robert on this. I've owned the Z since '05 and a lot of local members have sold their car and moved on to new projects. However; I have Z friends who still have their Z. This car can be a timeless piece but it's going through a transition right now and I'm seeing a new wave of owners (mostly young) joining this forum with the same exciting attitude you have... I had back in '05'.
Bought my car with 6 miles on it and now it has 78K. I don't plan on keeping my car forever... it'll be mine until it's time to let go.

Geez stogey, you"ve done pretty well on the miles. I have an 07 z , purchased in mid 2010 with 30k miles. Im almost at 70k :*(. I need a freaking daily, I drive too much
Sugar land to UH main and then work in Katy. With meets In between my Z is daily driven everywhere, *sigh*

160K on her, and still running strong. I love the car, while the trends move on it all depends on the person. I will most likely have this car for a very long time, only because i like it.
New motor in a few years, more upgrades and or it may just become a track car after I get the next ride.

Robert is right, we get together once a week to do something. We go out to eat, we go to k1 or track 21, we go bowling. We set up a Facebook group called Houston z cars and we use that as a way to keep in touch. We post up meets and get togethers. Its a closed group but we accept anyone interested in just having a good time with fellow z enthusiast's. We have 240's,z32's,z33's and z34's.

its college football season...I don't do hanging in a parking lot at night while epic games are on...I'll make an appearance at the Toys 4 Tots C&C meet since its early and nothing is on..
Surprise no one tried to get all the Nissans together for the HPD Galveston fun run
for those planning on coming to the next Cars & Coffee meet, bring toys and come super early
