[Houston]: H-Town's Lounge
Well i think i finally got my suspension tweeking about wrapped up. And would like to advise anyone looking for coilovers with a decent ride go oem style. True coilover rear end doesnt give enough travel(as if we had a lot to begin with). Dont go high on the spring rates, remember the damper controls compression, high rates give more vioplent rebound. And you guys would be suprised how short the life span of our compression bushing are if you ever looked at yours(spl replacements are probably one of the best mods for our cars).
My criteria was...
1. Slams the car
2. Achieves 1 without losing preformance
3. Gets girlfriends ride quality approval
my custom setup has me currently lowered 2.5"F 3"R and is amazing!
Thanks again to the brothers for all the help, hopefully we can stop the alignments for a while
