G35 club is going out there once again, with hopefully more people. It's an 8am-12am all day thing. We're going bright & early to avoid crowds. Should be nice.

 

Now that I can make. And yes, early is good. I dread the lines at the track nowadays. I hope the typical ricky racers sleep late.

We should all meet up and head out together. The G35 club usually meets at Grubbs Infiniti, but I don't feel like driving from Wylie/Plano out to Grubbs then to Ennis. Lets form a N. Dallas meeting point.

 

How about Blue Mesa Grill at sort of Legacy and the Tollway for some breakfast? Maybe it's 121 and Tollway. I dunno.

You should bring some slicks SKiDaZZLe...I bet you could hit low 12s.

yeah I think it'll be insane what you'll run....can't wait to see it. We need to get it all on video. My digital camera will probably run out of memory. I took a 1.5 minute vid clip when we went to the track last week, and it was like 30Mb. Only have a 256MB memory stick.

 

i have a micromv camera... it's what i used to capture the vids of my dyno runs... if someone wants to shoot my runs... that would be cool.

 

I have a couple Honda friends who have "in car" camera mounts. Granted they're on roll cages, but it would be cool to have in car shots from the Z somehow.

 

I have a pretty nice camcorder that I am trying to sell. I will bring it if I still have it. I like to edit vids so we can make a drag vid. Hopefully though, it will be sold by the end of the weekend.

 

Bump...the time is getting closer. So where is everyone going to meet up? I don't want to meet the G35 club, because they're meeting at Grubbs Infiniti off 183. I'll meet up w/ the N. Dallas/Plano/Frisco people.

As early as possible. I've got BIG plans that night and probably early evening. I have to do this in the morning. The earlier the better. Besides, it should be cooler in the morning.

 

Sucks, cant make it, cause work. Work and school sucks.

 

I should be able to hit 10's with my drop in K&N filter mod.

I will be bringing My Canon GL2 which is a high end Mini DV camera, So don't be shy.

 

Can you beat Ihop in the morning? Then a nice early morning Tollway caravan ... sweet.
