Definitely nice gains, which matters more than the base numbers.

Yeah, it was kind of tripped out mashing the pedal and watching the needle go into the red zone without cutting off. I never reached the point where it cut off. I wanna say I got it up to 7200 or 7300rpm. J Tran tells me that the new rev limit point will function exactly like stock settings, where it cuts off the fuel at that point, so no worries about going to a point where I shouldn't be...

It's a different feeling in acceleration now. Before, the pull and engine feel was a bit bogged down during the lower rpm range, then there was a solid pull at the end. Now there is a solid constant pull throughout the entire rpm range for every gear. Only down side is even when you start off smooth in 1st, no spinning, then hit WOT, the tires lose traction. When you ease into 2nd with good grip, then hit WOT, same thing happens. You lose traction through pretty much all of 2nd gear. I'm running Nitto 555 Extremes in the rear, 275's. They aren't the stickiest tires. Perhaps I need to go with a 285 and softer compound...

Change the tires cuhz. I had the 555s and it seems like every tire I got afterward was an improvement

Went from Dunlop Direzzas to Nitto Invos to Nitto NT05/Invo combo to NT05/Hankook (got em cheap lol) combo. I really like the NT05s but I drive my car too often for it to be cost effective. Good price and a sticky tire but not ideal if you drive as often as I do.

I seen those NT05s on their website. I really like those. Might have to look into those when I have the cash.

Very sticky street tires man. My buddy is running them on his TT'd Z on the road course and he loves them. Should solve your traction issues

If you plan on doing anything else to the car then I would hold off. You would see some gains, but the tune really is meant for cars with breathing and exhaust mods because the factory ECU doesn't compensate properly for them.

Ever thought about some Toyo's? I personally like my T1R's and a lot of people are running them without much complaints. By the way what was your AF?

congrats on the tune, and if ur shopping tires, consider the Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec. its got a 200 tread wear but surprisingly long wear and awesome in the rain. the best tire ive had on the z for sure.

Congrats! Have the dyno sheet? Like to see the gain through the entire power band.

+1 on different tires! KDW is what I've been running and love them. Good all around tire for; life, cost, and function.

Sounds like it was well worth the drive to have it done.

Can you please share the cost of what something like that runs....I would like to this by mid summer to late summer.

Or throw me a PM if you'd rather not disclose.

Nice gains tho !
