Are these the "Progressive" or "linear" coilovers? i.e. the ones for the street, or the autoX?

how long you had them on the car? I.E. how new/old are they?

lastly, what price?

got to work ..... or I would bring them. maybe we can hook up and I'll let you show them off.

As far as price .... I'll match the best price you can find them for on the internet. That way you will save shipping. They retail of $2100 and the best price I've seen is $1800 but I'm sure some of you can find better ..... just let me know.

I'll be at the meet this saturday, and hopefully with a brand new '04 Z. Trying to get it either tuesday or Wednesday (trying to light a fire under the dealerships behind).

I was looking more at the Tein Flex coilovers when I get the Z, but the JIC is appealing as well. I have seen several vendors advertize the JIC's for 1775 new.

I know I would be able to match that price and once again my set is new in the box ..... it has never been installed.

I purchased them for me .... but have to sell now to get money for a new clutch setup ...... mine is toost and Nissan won't warranty clutches

both the Tein Flex and the JIC are good coilovers for the money. From what I have read the Tein's are not the autocross suspension that the JIC are; and the Tein. at least in the rear, is very hard to adjust stiffness since the **** is on top rather then the bottom like the JIC.

I will however try to match the lowest advertized price you find on the TEIN Flex even though they retail for $100s less. By this I mean I am willing to sell my NEW still in the box JIC's at the TEIN FLEX price.

It looks like someone is selling the Tein Flex for $1500 so I am almost forced to sell my $2100 set of JIC's for that price

My bad luck your good fortune

Daddy,

Looks like im getting my new car this friday! yahoo! finally.

Anyway, very much interesting in doing a deal with you, mostly since your local.

I do have a question. Maybe someone like potato head can help: Their are 2 versions of the FLT-A2 coilovers. some say 1 is progressive, and the other is linear springs. in addition 1 version has like 12kg/mm stiffness and the other is 10 or something like that.

which version you got? and how do you tell which version you are getting when you order them?

He said in one of his posts, that his clutch needs replacement. Guess those 1.8 60ft launches w/ the supercharger don't fare too well on the stock setup.

No thanks Daddy. If I went JIC, I would go with the softer set 10kg/mm in both front and rear.

probably leaning more to Tein, since they are a little more for the street

I hear ya ..... who wants a sport car that turns on a dime anyway I just love the way the stock Z pushes into every corner you try to take it into

I would just have to buy another set later and most likely wouldn't get the deal I got this time around.
