Default when it rains it pours..literally

I just got back from my mexico vacation only to find my car HAILED ON at DFW airport. It looks like my car was parked in the middle of a golf range and was used for target practice. As if that wasn't enough, this past weekend I was at the Byron Nelson and some A-HOLE hit and run my car. The rear bumper is all scuffed up and cracked. AHHHHHHHHH....sorry I just needed to vent. THAT's TWO insurance claims which equals TWO deductibles. Any chanced I can get that rear bumper into the hail damage report??? =P

My roof has hail damage. I just filed the claim with my insurance company and hopefully, they will be out in a day or two to look at it.

I'm going to call today to file the claim. Would this fall under comprehensive damage? Also does it raise your premium? I've got damage on the hood, roof, trunk lid, rear fender, and drivers side door. Looks like the hail was blowing in one direction. Fortunately no window damage.

I just had to get my rear window replaced and some dents taken out from hail. It falls under comprehensive.

I don't know about it making your insurance more expensive, but it shouldn't.

A good insurance company won't raise your rates. Weather is something beyond your control.

Too true, most comp. claims will not effect you rates. I claimed hail damage on the last bad storm and someone hitting my left rear fender in the mall. Small amount of damage but didn't change anything on my bill.
