Default Engine machine shop

hello, i'm planning a TT install. i need a shop that DEALS WITH ENGINES, not the TT.
I need my short block(crank, block, pistons, rods) prepped, checked, balanced, assembled. I need some references from anybody who have used such services here. (Please don't shout out names of shops if you had no experience with them or if they haven't dealt with vq engines)

I just need that part done. I can do it myself, but i want it as good as possible, bc i dont have the proper tools to weigh and measure all the important stuffs.

I'm located in Houston area, but willing to drive up to Austin, or anything equivalent.

Thank you in advance.
