Amazing....simply amazing !!!
The Z Club of Houston puts on an event, and I post it here, and MAYBE 1 or 2 cars show up from this forum,
but...
somebody from out of town puts something on, and people from SURROUNDING STATES start planning on coming in
Now don't get me wrong....I'm glad somebody is planning something fun to do. I'm planning on coming just to see how it goes, and how many people actually show up (and I'll have a good attitude
).
What I'm curious about is...what is the attraction? The exclusivity of the new Z? Trust me...in about 4-5 more years, your 350 will be just another Z in the long heritage of the Z Family Line, when Nissan comes out with the next new Z.
Check the record...
240Z = 4yrs.
260Z = 1yr.
280Z = 4yrs.
280ZX = 5yrs.
300ZX (1st gen.) =6yrs.
300ZX (2nd gen.) =7yrs.
350Z= ?
Again...I ain't mad...just curious...why don't more folks show up to play with the olders Z's? At our last event, we had 8 Z's show up (it rained, of course
)...6 of them were 350's.
I would like to promote this event to our club, but we don't want to exclude anybody.
Looking forward to a fun event (and hopin' it don't rain!)
