I think the only thing the UTEC can't do on the revup right now is adjust the rev limiter.
That is why I made my question, if there will be a "better" support for the revups

Will current UTEC's be able to upgrade to the new software interface? Will it be a software-only upgrade, or will additional or new hardware be required?

Any chance that the UTEC's computer interface will change from Serial Ports to USB?

My UTEC has both RS232 (9 pin serial) and USB on it. I've had it forever!

Thanks, Kevin. I thought I remembered reading about people having trouble getting serial port adapter cables to work when connecting to their UTEC.

The UTEC can set the rev limiter value (x100) from 5,000 rpm to 9,000 rpm.

It cannot remove the 155 mph limiter. Only an ECU reflash can do that.

When I bought mine, TXS said, "not on the Rev-Up motor".

Any updates on the GUI?

My guess is this whole update thing has been dropped. If there was some kind of progress we probably would have heard something.

I hope I'm wrong but I'm not holding my breath.

Yeah they do.

I really wish Turbosx would follow through with the update. It's the only thing that been keeping me from investing in the Turner Pro.
