I don't know if this will make sense - if it doesn't, ignore me.
If I were to get the TechnoSquare reflash right now (I only have a popcharger), and then later on added more modifications and kept reseting the ECU, would it be as efficient as waiting to get all the mods I want before getting the reflash?

You tune AFTER your mods man, if not as you start adding mods the current tune will likely lean out....I did basically all the bolt-ons NA then tuned and saw good gains, you wont see that much of a gain after just a Pop-charger I wouldnt tune for just that mod.
You need to list all your mods when you send in your ECU. However, wait until most of your NA mods are done before having the ECU flashed. If you change to FI (which I did) the reflash will only be $150. SoCal locals can now avail of a dyno tune in their shop that just got installed. Great Shop!!!
Sort of.
Intake and exhaust mods matter. Mod then tune. Mods such as lightweight flywheel does not effect engine performance, so no after-tune is necessary. Same applies to mods such as under drive pulleys. Pulleys do not alter air or fuel.
