Is the UTEC I/E base map leaner ???

I wanted to know if the UTEC base map is leaner than stock.
I see the values on the load columns are -1+. Does this mean it's subtracting fuel? If it is, then why? I don't play much with it until i get it professionally tuned but i am curious.

well the answer is yes, it does take out fuel. but what is weird is that they say that they took out fuel cause our cars run rich but my car before the utec was right around 13.1 throughout the rpms....

They run rich? People's Zs lean out significantly from intake and exhaust mods though from what i have learned.
yeah my car ran 13.1 to 1 before the utec and when i got up to 5500 it went down to 12.7
maybe the zero in the columns arent exactly stock figures...??
