- can you map it so it'll run a bit lean while cruzing to save gas?
- can you tune it to gain 500 rpm on rev limiter like a reflash (is it safe)?
- anybody here tweak numbers yourself? if so, such as what?

crusing you will be at around 14.7 anyways. that will save gas. no you cant raise the rev and yes a lot of people have gotten 10-20hp out of their car tuned

I thought you could raise the rev limit if you enabled open loop fuelling.

I've only really read the manual once. I need to mess with the UTEC and read the manual about fifteen more times before I know what I'm talking about, though, so don't listen to me.

Open loop fueling has to be enabled in order to raise the rev limiter.

opppsss i meant you cant raise the idle it wont let me edit that post...


my rev is at 7200


i thought he meant idle cause i need to raise mine...

+1 ... hopefully they'll find a way to do it and include it in a software update.
