Default Need a tuning expert{simple problem}

So I installed new denso plugs today and while I had it down I decided to clean the pvc valve and TB at the same time. So you'll know I opened the TB servo maybe 5/6 times manually to wipe out the crud with a rag and brake cleaner {no I did not spray any in the TB}. I'm very careful to make sure everything goes back perfectly. Now the problem: as I pull up to a redlight the tach. sets at 12/1500 rpm's for 2/3 seconds then drops to 1000 rpm's. The car use to idle steady at 6/700 rpm's. I stumped. Any suggestions are very appreciated. BTW it does this with AC on or off!

Is that something it will learn on it's own?
