Default Need Cipher help logging A/F ratio

I just hooked up my Cipher, and cannot get it to output A/F ratio. Instead, it's reporting a voltage. I think I'm logging the correct parameters.

When I go through the options menu and click on Wideband Calibration, the window that opens up is too small, so I can't see all the info. It won't let me make the window larger or scroll over.

Any help would be appreciated...

You might like to contact UpRev regarding this.
What is your screen resolution, size and are Windows set to any other than normal (96 dpi) font size?

OK, half the issue is solved -- the font size was 120. I changed it to 96, and now I can see all the info.

It still doesn't have any ECU part numbers listed for wideband calibration. I guess I have to input part numbers???

Yes, i don't know why you have to enter your ECU part # but you do. The funny thing is that the program spits out this # in the beginning. Then you have to register your ECU under the options menu. Then that ECU can use the wideband sensor that should already be listed.

While I'm posting this, let me report a small BUG in case UPREV reads this: the check box for the AFR will not stay checked like the other parameters do. So each time you restart CIPHER and want to log, you have to tick off AFR 1 and 2.

Did you do any calibration for your O2 sensors? The default O2 sensor recognized by Cipher is 'Nissan 22693-CD700'. This O2 sensor seems to max out at 3.0V output, but the first logs I did yesterday showed outputs of up to 4.2V. Do I have to recalibrate?

If you have v 1.3 then you have the latest calibration data. You might want to check for a post from "dovla" or myself (cause I think I copied and pasted his into another thread) for the calibration values.

I installed v1.3 so the calibration was up to date.
