Default ECU and UTEC

when I install the UTEC will it reset my ECU ???, which is already reflashed by Tnetics , or will the parameters stay until I do some changes with the laptop?

The UTEC on map 0 will allow signals from the ECU to pass through - so you can always go back to "ECU only" mode. The UTEC will not change the ECU in any way - it merely intercepts signals.

the UTEC intercepts the signals of the ECU, you will still have the modified rev limit, no speed limiter, and have to alter the fuel and timing curves from what TN has set.

but if I put the UTEC on 0 .. it will just let the ECU do its work.... right?

or do you mean that if I set it on map 0 I'd still have to modify rev limit etc.... ?

UTEC can modify the rev limit under certain operating modes (that you or your tuner determine is right for you) - otherwise, yes it will let the ECU manage it (e.g. map 0).
