Utec Map sensor?

Default Utec Map sensor?

I was wondering i got the turbonetics single turbo kit...would i benefit from a map sensor...and how does it help

EDIT: I know ita used for tuning and i need a utec to work it im wondering how much does it really benefit..

i think you need a utec for the map sensor, i have a map sensor for sale if you need it..

A map sensor measures pressure inside the manifold (usually for display on a boost gauge), but in this case as tonyg35 points out, the "map sensor" you are referring to likely represents the unit specifically for the UTEC to read boost (which is used for tuning).
