you need a/f ratio readings for any tuning, unless your 2004.5+, no need for lc-1 because they came with wideband o2 sensors.
the lma-3 is a auxbox. even tho cipher shows rpm's, the guys at uprev need the rpm's with the wideband at the same time because its direct connection, as oppose to he obd2 port which can lag and sometimes now be accurate if your mixing around.
i did research on the innovate website under the forum section and just talked to jared from uprev who helped me out a lot. All the guys are very friendly and will greatly help you out.

What did you order exactly? Also why did you order the LMA-3? I thought the LC-1 was all you need to log AFR? Thanks.

The LMA-3 is a box that the LC-1 plugs into. So now with the WB a/f readings, it's also tied into the RPM these a/fs are happening at.
What is interesting about the LMA-3 is the OTHER sensors it can read. These seem to be almost the EXACT additional sensors that UpRev would need to go BOOST tuning!
Provides 5 channels of data
3-Bar MAP / Boost
RPM
Injector Duty Cycle
EGT / CHT
2-Axis Accelerometer
MTS compliant
Question is UpRev working with Innovate to make their LMA-3 work in conjunction with their Osyris Flash Tuning.
Look at their Multi-Tuning-Solutions (MTS). Their products are being intergrated into aftermarket ECU tuning products. Notice Cobb in there? If they can get their flash tuning to work with Innovate's products, then UpRev should be able to also.
Actually if they could intergrate the LC-1 from the get go, it would be alot easier for the NA narrow band tuning guys.

The Innovate LC1+ works with our system as it sits, enough to log the data you need and tell whats going on with your car. It's no different then being on a dyno, the AFR/RPM are separated there also.
If we have enough customers that need this integration then we can spend some time on it, but seeing as it is only needed on 2003 and early 2004 cars and nothing else. If we had people beating down our door, we'd support it. But at this time it's a working system for 2003 and early 2004 cars.

Call another dealership, the parts department will give out the information without hesitation at most dealerships, maybe you're dealing with guy that wants to be difficult.

UpRev Tuning on early 05 VQ3.5DE/Manual Trans.
Any issues on tuning with UpRev on early 2005 VQ3.5DE (ie. twin O2 sensors) with manual transmision (Enthusiant Trim) with the typical NA mods (plenum spacer, dual exhaust, CAI)?
Please PM back.
Thanks.

so i just flashed my ecu but don't have cruise control, i asked rich from uprev about switching maps and was told that i had to reflash each time to switch maps. thing is when i flashed my ecu yesterday, i didn't see all of the maps that i ordered, only the "base", so i am not sure which map i flashed. i ordered four. map 1 stock, map2 stock with tune, map3 stock with tune, 7200 rev limiter, and 200 mph speed limiter, map 4 is valet. maybe i am missing something, i wouldn't be surprised since i am new to all this! are the maps there, in a folder, and i just didn't see them? btw, the guys at uprev have been awesome so far, answering all my questions quickly and clearly! highly recommend this product! thanks uprev!

yeah im a lil noob to the reflash myself....when i ordered i had 4 maps......1 was stock, 2 was valet with 3500rpm and 65mph limit, 3 was 93 octane tune and 4 was low octane tune, but if i wana do map 5 for track or DD tune, i dont understand how that works? im sure after some questions are answered ill understand how osiris and the reflash works....but jared is workin on my tune and lookin forward to be reflashed and tuned. uprev's osiris is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for someone who doesnt want to have downtime on reflash and wants great customer service. Uprev FTW!!!!!

PM's turned off because people think PM's are e-mail.
No issues on that car at all. We have a number of base maps to start from on that model year to build the tunes you want. Also with the OEM Widebands, we can modify any tunes to fit your particular car with our eTune service.

Should be a couple vendors on the site at this point that sell our products, don't know how vocal they are though. We're the manufacturer, but we're able to process orders through our website.
