Wink R4 software timming settings with Vortech Pulley

I will install my Vortech and I would like to know if I have to play with timming, remove some degres, or if the timming that came with the original kit, out of the box, is safe ?

thanks again !

From what I saw when we tuned a R4 on a G35, the tune that came on the car was very safe (conservative). After we dialed in the AFRs then took some of the timing off to make a little more power on the engine, the power came on a bit more. Too bad this system you can not add timing.
