power gains from tuning on n/a
You may see 20hp on a Dream-O-Meter. The N/a is from what I am finding out to be real expensive to HP out of. There are a few guys in this forum that have done well.
I saw one post on an 06 RevUp at 272 peek hp. But looking at this list of mods. He spent more then what it would have cost to go FI.
Now I was looking on UPREV's site they are some Dyno's after they did a ECU Tune and bolt ons.
See below.

some places bundle the utec or reflash w/ a tune..
Typically anywhere from 900 to 1200 total....its kinda expensive but I saw and continue to see the value in it..car runs so much smoother and better...and i dont even think ive got its total potential..tuners are like anything else...some are better then others

Just shows how very LITTLE safety reserve OBD2 requires for longevity and durability on average engine driven averagely.............how close the factory is to the mark.
On 90-93 Q45 with OBD I we could squeeze 30-35 lb.ft or 10-14% with simple software tweeks obviously a little more safety was required to function with 8bit cpu of that era.
